Fuugi is a very Happy type of person he does not appear to be angry in some curcumstances but isn't too happy like Chaton.

He complements Snow during the second round and 1st battle, he looses when snow's snowman uses a body slam. Fuugi is a wind wielder and is always seen with a Mask.

His ÄRM includes:
- Wind ÄRM: Nature ÄRM. Allows the user to control wind to attack as blades, or produce giant tornadoes.
Chihiro Suzuki also voiced Elecman in Megaman NT warrior
