Episode 58 is when Ginta and Ian battle for the third time. Ian manages to chain his wrist together with Ginta's left wrist.
During the battle, when Ginta berates Babbo (whom he holds right-handed) for not being able to become Alice the chain briefly vanishes but reappears. This is probably an animation error.
